Installation Disclaimer
INSTALLATION: Kessick Wine Storage Systems, LLC (“Kessick”)
directs you our customer (“Customer”) to the Installation
Guide and Installation Video included on our website
(www.wineasaert.com) for your new Kessick WinePanel™
System or WineWall™ System. The Installation Guide and
Installation Video are for informational use only and shall not
be regarded as a warranty. It is imperative that the installer
of your new Kessick Wine Panel System or Wine Wall System
review and understand the specifications and logistics
unique to the Customer’s chosen location for installation, as
well as the written instructions in the Installation Guide and
the Installation Video prior to beginning installation. It is the
responsibility of the installer to understand the installation
instructions contained within the Installation Guide and
Installation Video, or to obtain clarification of the installation
instructions, prior to beginning the installation process, and
to follow all applicable local building codes.
The Wine Panel System and Wine Wall System have been
designed and engineered to securely fasten a back-panel to a
wood framed structural wall (gypsum board over wood 2x4,
typical) and to support the weight of the finished panel with
the Kessick-supplied wine bottle hardware and a “live load” of
wine bottles, at a maximum weight of 3lbs per wine bottle.
- WinePanel™ System: The Wine Panel System is designed for installation of the back-panel directly to a vertical wall surface, using the Kessick-supplied wood screws, into a wood framing structure. If a wood framing structure is not available, “hollow wall anchors” can be used. Refer to the hollow wall anchors manufacturer’s instruction for proper and safe application. To that end, Kessick strongly advises the Customer to engage a licensed professional to install the Wine Panel System into any non-wood framed structure.
WARNING: IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF THE WINE PANEL SYSTEM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION GUIDE OR INSTALLATION VIDEO) MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY. INSTALLATION OF THE WINE PANEL SYSTEM INTO ANY STRUCTURE OTHER THAN WOOD-FRAMING (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MASONRY, BRICK, BLOCK, CONCRETE, OR STONE) SHOULD BE PERFORMED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ONLY. - WineWall™ System: The Wine Panel back-panel should
be installed directly into a vertical wall surface with the
Kessick-supplied wood screws into a wood framing
structure. The Wine Wall System requires a minimum
of 3 wood screws for every 14” x 14” area (i.e., 42”x
42” – 18 wood screws into wall studs). *Hollow wall
anchors are not acceptable fasteners for installation
of the Wine Wall System and are NOT TO BE USED
in installation of the Wine Wall System. Metal wall
studs are not suitable for installation unless sheathed
with ” – ” plywood. * Kessick strongly advises the
Customer to engage a licensed professional to install
the Wine Wall System into any non-wood framed (i.e.,
masonry, brick, block, concrete, stone) structures.

INSTALLATION OF THE WINE WALL SYSTEM INTO ANY STRUCTURE OTHER THAN WOODFRAMING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MASONRY, BRICK, BLOCK, CONCRETE, OR STONE, SHOULD BE PERFORMED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ONLY.
Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY: Kessick warrants the high quality and
usability of the WinePanel™ System and WineWall™ System
(the “Products”) for the extent of the Product’s life. This service
protects against any defects in materials or workmanship
performed by Kessick. Should a defect arise, contact us
immediately. “Defect” refers to, but is not limited to, occurrences of warping and bowing, splitting, or cracking of the of the
base-panel, as well as delamination of top panel or edge
banding. Kessick will replace the defective part or send a
full replacement.
Customer is responsible for notifying Kessick of defects
believed to be covered by this Warranty within 10 days of
receiving the product. We reserve the right to inspect any
item for product failure and may request photographs of or
the return of the product. This Warranty is limited to the cost
of repair or replacement of the defective item. It is advisable
to inspect the Products once you have received them for
any signs of defects in the Products themselves and the
Kessick-supplied hardware.
What is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration
or malfunction resulting from the Customer’s handling or
installation of the Products, or the removal of the Products
from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with the
Products, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized
by Kessick to make such repairs, or any other cause that
does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or
workmanship of the Products.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration
or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification,
improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse,
abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire,
lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature.
Who is Covered
Only the original purchaser of the Products is covered under
this limited warranty. This limited warranty is not transferable
to subsequent purchaser or owners of the Products.
How Kessick Will Help
Kessick will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following
three remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to
satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty: 1. Elect to
repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within
a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the
necessary parts and labor to complete the repair and restore this product to its proper operating condition. Kessick will
also pay the shipping costs necessary to return this product
once the repair is complete. 2. Replace this product. 3. Issue
a refund of the original purchase price less depreciation to
be determined based on the age of the product at the time
remedy is sought under this limited warranty.
Obtaining a Remedy under this Limited Warranty
To obtain a remedy under this limited warranty, you must
either contact the authorized Kessick distributor or our
offices directly at sales@kessick.com. The return form must
also be filled out and returned with the product. This product
should be properly packed, preferably in the original carton,
for shipping.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Liability
Kessick disclaims liability for incidental or consequential
damages and assumes no responsibility or liability for any
loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the use
or misuse of any of any of its products, or the installation or
handling of its products.
Limitation on Liability
KESSICK’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE
PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW, KESSICK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY
OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Exclusive Remedy
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH
ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER
ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KESSICK SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

Shipping Policy
All wine panels and wine walls are made to order and will typically ship in 1-2 weeks. Custom orders ship in 4-6 weeks. We will communicate promptly if there will be a delay in shipping. We ship via UPS and cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Returns
We hope you are in love with your new Wine as Art wine wall or wine panel. However, we know things happen from time to time, so please review the return policy below.
Shipping Damage: Please take a photo of the damaged package and any damage to the panel(s) and email us the photo along with the order number. We will assess the damage to determine what pieces need to be replaced.
Mistake in the Order: We work hard to ensure your order is correct, but if there is an error or a discrepancy, we will make it right! Please contact us so we can determine the best course of action. We will correct the mistake or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Changed Your Mind: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Because we make each panel to order, a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
